- Manage day-to-day facility operations and service delivery for assigned client accounts (housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, etc.).
- Ensure smooth manpower deployment and compliance.
- Handle client escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Should be able to travel in and around Kerala.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Operations / Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Facility Management operations, including client servicing or key account handling.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of SLA-based service delivery and manpower management.
- Excellent client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (MIS).
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to soft and hard services management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
