Electrical Engineer (Quality & Production Line)

Designation: Electrical Engineer (Quality & Production Line)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Fresher
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the production line to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
• Inspect and test electrical components/products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in coordination with the production team.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and inspection reports.
• Ensure that only BOM (Bill of Material)–approved material is used in the production process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality processes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and workers to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of electrical components and circuits.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment.
• Ability to work with teams and handle line responsibilities.
