Electrical Engineer with Consultant/Construction Experience

- Minimum 5 years UAE Experience
- Preliminary shop drawing review of contractor documents related to Electrical system designs related to

• Lighting
• Power
• Fire Alarm and Emergency
• ELV Services

- Understand and implement Drawings and Specifications and in line with International Codes & Standards. Shop drawings and Material submittals review.

- Full understanding of the Local Authority requirements and compliance to the same.

- Verification of materials delivered to site, Site installation observation lists and raising

non conformance reports

- Monitor site progress – to meet the baseline programme (Site Inspections)

- Witnessing of Testing & Commissioning

- Preparation of final snag lists

- Attendance of de-snagging for final handover.
