Electrical Engineering Manager

CubeXS Weatherly Pvt Ltd is looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager.
Industry: Data Centers / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Maintenance
* Ensure uninterrupted operation of UPS, generators, HVAC systems, and electrical infrastructure, and lead fault rectification through to full resolution.
* Conduct inspection, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of all electrical equipment and plant areas.
* Coordinate plant operations to ensure all systems and equipment remain fully operational at all times.
* Attend electrical emergencies and remain on-call 24/7 as required.
* Monitor, coordinate, and support vendor activities, including service visits for generators, UPS, and HVAC systems.
* Perform troubleshooting activities including MDB faults, contactor replacement, HVAC safety checks, and related electrical issues.
* Oversee new power installations, distribution boards (DBs), and associated electrical accessories.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date operating manuals, logs, and technical documentation for all plant equipment.
2. Supervision & Leadership
* Supervise and manage the plant electrical maintenance team and technicians.
* Prepare, implement, and manage shift schedules to ensure continuous plant coverage.
* Ensure maintenance staff are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to perform duties safely and efficiently.
* Maintain effective two-way communication with technicians to address maintenance issues and operational concerns.
3. Safety, Quality & Compliance
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant plant environment in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
* Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs in accordance with approved guidelines.
* Continuously monitor plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and resolve issues promptly.
* Ensure adherence to product quality and operational standards, particularly within regulated environments.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Provide regular reports on the serviceability and operational status of all plant equipment.
* Maintain continuous coordination with on-duty staff and promptly report any abnormal observations or incidents.
* Lead or support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
* Implement procedures to enhance plant cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
* Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the quality, suitability, and compliance of materials and equipment used for plant maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of plant operations.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience; candidates with ten (10) years of experience will be preferred.
