Electrical Foreman

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and helpers at site.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks according to project requirements.
• Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and QCS / Kahramaa standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) to avoid work clashes.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the Engineer / Project Manager.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems such as cable trays, conduits, wiring, lighting, power distribution, switchgear, DBs, MCC panels, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformity to design and safety standards.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety policies and relevant electrical safety standards.
• Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices among workers.
• Report and assist in investigating any site incidents or near misses.
• Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for work sequencing and priority setting.
• Attend site coordination and toolbox meetings.
• Guide workers in technical aspects and ensure understanding of drawings and installation details.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works (construction, maintenance, or substation / transmission projects).
