Electrical Foreman

We TaaB Electromechanical LLC are looking for a qualified Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical installation and maintenance works on our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems within the MEP sector and the capability to manage teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely execution of site works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical site team.
• Review and interpret electrical shop drawings and ensure installations are as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Allocate and monitor work to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Inspect electrical installations for quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower and material usage.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/MEP Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site works within the MEP/construction industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, including containment, wiring, LV panels, and terminations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site challenges and manage a workforce effectively.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical Foreman: 5 years (Preferred)
