Electrical Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong understanding of ADDC regulations to oversee, coordinate, and inspect electrical installation, maintenance, and testing activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local authority requirements, especially those outlined by ADDC.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team (technicians, electricians, subcontractors).

Ensure all electrical installations comply with ADDC standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and ADDC-approved shop drawings.

Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials comply with ADDC and project standards.

Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely execution of electrical tasks and resolving any delays or issues on site.

Oversee cable pulling, glanding, termination, panel installation, and earthing works.

Ensure proper documentation.

Enforce health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements:

Diploma Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.

Strong working knowledge of ADDC rules, regulations, and approval procedures.

Experience with LV & HV installations, MDBs, SMDBs, and final distribution boards.

Familiarity with ADDC submission processes, load schedules, and as-built drawings.

Ability to manage and lead teams under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

UAE Driving License

HSE Training/First Aid (advantageous)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
