Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrical Foreman to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical works at project sites, ensure compliance with technical standards, and coordinate with site teams to achieve timely completion of tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical works at site as per project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work activities with electricians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (cabling, conduits, DBs, lighting, power systems, etc.).
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to electrical work in coordination with the Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and work progress as per schedule.
• Maintain site records including daily activity reports, material usage, and inspections.
• Ensure all work is carried out following safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance.
• Assist in preparing site inspections, coordinating with consultants, and closing related comments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, site execution, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage site activities independently.

Holding a valid UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
