Electrical Foreman

Job Description:

The Electrical Foreman will supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical technicians on site. The role involves ensuring that all electrical installations and maintenance work are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant electrical certification or diploma preferred.
