Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electricians and site workers in electrical installations.
• Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other disciplines.
• Monitor project progress, allocate manpower, and report daily activities.
• Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation at site.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and resolve site issues.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and safety awareness.

Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in construction/MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV, ELV, cabling, panels, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years UAE project experience.
• Familiarity with DEWA/SEWA/FEWA regulations (if UAE-based).
• Experience in MULTY STORE BUILDING and industrial projects.
