Electrical foreman

Job Title: Electrical Foreman( 5 Years)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and specifications.
• Lead, assign, and monitor electricians and electrical helpers on site.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily tasks.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, safety officers, and other trades.
• Monitor work quality and ensure inspections are completed as required.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues and report progress to site management.
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and adherence to HSE requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain site records.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations (LV systems, lighting, power, containment).
• Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities effectively.
• Good understanding of safety standards and site procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
