Electrical Foreman

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience in electrical works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman (mandatory)
• Proven experience in supervising electrical installations and site activities
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to manage and lead a team of electricians efficiently
• Experience in coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Capable of planning daily activities and ensuring work is completed on schedule
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical works on site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress and report to site engineers and project managers
• Allocate tasks and manage manpower effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid delays and conflicts
• Inspect completed work and ensure it meets required standards

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate availability is preferred
• UAE experience is an advantage
