Electrical Foreman / Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects within the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and local authority regulations (ADCD, ADDC, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of electrical materials and UAE local suppliers (procurement awareness)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle) is mandatory
• Must be hands-on with the ability to perform electrical work when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical site activities (installation, testing, and commissioning)
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site operations
• Source and arrange required materials from local suppliers when necessary
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and authority regulations
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues on-site
• Actively participate in installation, maintenance, and repair works when required
