Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Engineering: Prepare SLDs, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and termination drawings for fuel tanks and skids.
- System Selection: Specify instrumentation (Flow meters, Level sensors, Pressure transmitters) and electrical components (PLCs, VFDs, Breakers).
- Compliance: Ensure all designs meet IEC, NFPA, ATEX, and API standards, as well as specific client specs (ADNOC, ENOC, Emarat).
- Integration: Coordinate with automation providers (MASER, Scully, Veeder-Root, DOMS) for seamless system integration.
- Project Execution: Prepare BOQs/MTOs and support the fabrication team during assembly.
- Testing & Commissioning: Supervise FAT, SAT, loop checking, and troubleshooting during site inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Electrical & Instrumentation design, specifically in Oil & Gas or Fuel Stations.
- Strong knowledge of Hazardous Area compliance (Ex-proof systems).
- Familiarity with fuel management systems (Veeder-Root, DOMS, etc.) is a major plus.
- Proficiency in reading and creating engineering drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Ability to handle documentation (As-built, Commissioning dossiers).
