What you will do

Your primary responsibility is to install pre‑sold electrical work efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer communication. This is a production‑focused role — no selling, no upselling, just high‑quality installs.

Daily work includes:

• Completing up to two electrical panel changes per day
• Installing up to three EV chargers per day
• Ensuring all work is clean, code‑compliant, and inspection‑ready
• Providing a positive customer experience at every job
• Dispatching directly from home each morning

Success in this role means delivering consistent, high‑quality work while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years residential electrical experience
• Trade school education or equivalent field experience
• Strong quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Ability to meet performance expectations
• Service Titan experience (nice to have, not required)
• Clean driving record
• Class E License
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
