What you will do
Your primary responsibility is to install pre‑sold electrical work efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer communication. This is a production‑focused role — no selling, no upselling, just high‑quality installs.
Daily work includes:
- Completing up to two electrical panel changes per day
- Installing up to three EV chargers per day
- Ensuring all work is clean, code‑compliant, and inspection‑ready
- Providing a positive customer experience at every job
- Dispatching directly from home each morning
Success in this role means delivering consistent, high‑quality work while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years residential electrical experience
- Trade school education or equivalent field experience
- Strong quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Ability to meet performance expectations
- Service Titan experience (nice to have, not required)
- Clean driving record
- Class E License
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday
Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
