Electrical & Instrument Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for E&I equipment, including motors, PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and control systems.
• Handle automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs) on production lines (Krones, KHS, Tetra Pak).
• Lead E&I technicians, plan work, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety/quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage electrical systems for utilities like boilers, chillers, and compressed air.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BSc Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing (preferably food/beverage) environment, with hands-on skills.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, motor controls, and industrial instrumentation.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, budget management, and working under pressure.

Experience: 5 years in relevant field

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
