Electrical Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Lead to oversee electrical installations within our modular manufacturing facility in South Paris, ME. As a Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a small team of electricians, ensuring all wiring and components meet the highest standards of safety and quality while staying on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 electrical installers on the production line.

• Read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.

• Oversee the installation of conduit, wiring, receptacles, and breaker panels in modular units.

• Conduct final inspections and testing to ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

• Coordinate with the Production Manager to meet weekly output goals and manage material inventory.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, enforcing all OSHA and company safety protocols.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory electrical role, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.

• Education: 2-year degree in Electrical Technology or a related trade school certification is required.

• Licensing: Valid State of Maine Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

• Technical Skills: * Profound knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits.

  • Proficiency in using power tools, multimeters, and circuit testers.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train entry-level workers.

• Physical: Must be able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
