Position: Electrical Maintenance

Location: Pillaiyarkuppam, Bahour, Puducherry

Interview Mode: Direct Face-to-Face Interview ( Immediate joiner preferred)

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical engineering projects within the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Plan, design, and implement electrical systems and components.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical requirements are met.
• Develop and manage the electrical department budget.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor electrical engineering staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in designing and implementing industrial electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
