Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and utilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production machinery, CNCs, PLCs, motors, and drives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during maintenance activities.
• Maintain breakdown history, logbooks, and update maintenance schedules in coordination with production.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and improve machine uptime.
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modifications.
• Train operators and junior staff on basic machine care and electrical safety.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, In-depth knowledge of CNC/VMC systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) and industrial machinery.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance, and TPM practices.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
• Hydraulic & pneumatic system understanding
• PLC basics and diagnostic ability
• TPM/5S/Kaizen knowledge preferred

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (with electrical focus).
• 2–6 years of experience in maintenance of industrial machines and electrical systems (manufacturing sector preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
