Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support on-site operations across domestic and international projects. The candidate must have an Electrical Engineering degree, hands-on maintenance experience or internships, and knowledge of diesel generators (DG Sets). A valid passport and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment at project sites.
• Troubleshoot issues in:
• LV/MV panels & industrial switchgear
• Motors, transformers, VFDs, relays
• Industrial wiring & power distribution systems
• Diesel Generator (DG) sets, including electrical side troubleshooting, AMF/ATS panels, and control wiring
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain proper documentation, checklists, logbooks, and service reports.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety practices and company standards.
• Support overseas assignments and long/short-term site deployments when required.

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical).
• Practical experience or internships in electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of DG Set operations, electrical troubleshooting, alternators, and control panels.
• Strong understanding of fault-finding, electrical systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, SLDs, and schematics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial or plant electrical maintenance.
• Exposure to protection relays, electrical testing tools, and PLC wiring basics.
• Good communication, teamwork, and site coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently at remote or international sites.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Ready to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
• Willingness to work on-site, in shifts, and during emergency breakdown conditions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
