Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position- Junior Executive

Department- Maintenance

Reports to - Maintenance Manager

RESPONSIBILITY

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC, VMC & HMC machines.

Diagnose machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime

Conduct routine preventive and predictive maintenance for all equipment.

Handle control panels, wiring, sensors, drives, PLC basic checks, and machine electrical circuits.

Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and machine breakdown analysis.

Coordinate with production & mechanical maintenance teams for issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical protocols.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines or electrical systems.

Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for reliability.

Manage spare parts inventory related to electrical components.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong knowledge of machine electrical circuits, sensors, drives, and safety systems. 1

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams 2

3 Quick problem-solving and breakdown management capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
