Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for timely maintenance support.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and necessary materials.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols during maintenance work.
• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Maintain documentation, reports, checklists, and daily maintenance logs.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with electrical panels, wiring, and control systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs (preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Maintenance software).

Additional Preferences (Optional):

• Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
