Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical systems, programming, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control systems. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in machine installation and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities:

- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, including PLC, HMI, and other industrial control systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including fault diagnosis and repair

- Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery

- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems

- Participate in machine installation and commissioning activities, including electrical wiring, testing, and validation

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

- BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting

- Strongknowledge of electrical systems, including PLC, HMI, and other industrial control systems

- Programming skills in languages such as Ladder Logic, C, or C++

- Experience with automation systems, including VFDs, servo motors, and robotics

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, NFPA)

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with specific PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)

- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus)

- Familiarity with SCADA systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
