Experience: 1–5 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Electrical & Maintenance Staff to join our hospital team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems, medical equipment, and general facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of electrical panels, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain generators, UPS, HVAC, and water pump systems.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance of all equipment and hospital infrastructure.
• Assist in installation of new electrical devices and hospital equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and electrical standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or emergencies.
