Electrical Maintenance Team Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Proficient in PLC programming and automation systems,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in machine automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting—preferably in the food production industry,
• Ideally, the candidate should have proficiency in ISO50001 and a certification in energy management.
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Embraces a strong culture of occupational safety and quality awareness, with a high sense of responsibility and discipline,
• Proactive, analytical thinker with a result-oriented mindset,
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning and managing all electrical maintenance and installation activities within the facility,
• Executing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance operations,
• Programming PLC systems for new projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Preparing machine operation manuals and delivering relevant operator trainings,
• Overseeing maintenance, calibration, and validation of all measuring instruments,
• Ensuring machinery and facilities operate in accordance with operational procedures,
• Leading and managing the electrical maintenance team, ensuring efficient work planning and performance follow-up,
• Conducting cost analyses and driving initiatives to optimize maintenance expenses,
• Taking an active role in improvement and investment projects, providing technical support.
