Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer / TechnicianExperience Required: 2 to 3 yearsIndustry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial MachineryKey Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in motors, drives, control panels, PLC systems, and wiring.
• Ensure proper functioning of LT/HT panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and distribution systems.
• Carry out routine inspection, testing, and calibration of electrical instruments.
• Support production by ensuring minimum downtime due to electrical faults.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spares, and equipment history.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modifications of electrical systems and machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and repairs when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety procedures.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory electrical norms.
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (preferred).

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
