Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel property. Ensures all electrical operations comply with safety standards and support the smooth functioning of guest services and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, power outlets, HVAC controls, etc.).

- Maintain and repair emergency systems including backup generators, fire alarms, and exit lighting.

- Assist in installation of new electrical equipment and upgrades.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Collaborate with other maintenance staff for multi-disciplinary repairs.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
