Electrical Maintenance Technician

1. Ensure smooth and reliable electrical operation of all plant equipment.

2. Reduce equipment downtime through timely maintenance and repairs.

3. Support safe and efficient batch-manufacturing processes.

4. Perform routine preventive maintenance on motors, MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and power systems.

5. Inspect electrical wiring, circuits, and cable terminations for wear and safety compliance.

6. Maintain healthy functioning of electrical panels and switchgear.

7. Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns during batch operations and restore equipment quickly.

8. Diagnose faults in motors, starters, relays, power circuits, and control circuits.

9. Repair or replace damaged electrical components.

10.Coordinate with mechanical and instrumentation teams during multi-disciplinary issues.

11.Maintain batch equipment such as reactors, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, and pumps.

12.Check and maintain electrical systems of utilities such as boilers, chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.

13.Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

14.To implement DSI/Kaizen to improve work /quality/safety in line with organizational goal .

15.To ensure clean and safe work conditions in production area.

16.Any other work deemed fit by your senior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,283.51 - ₹29,747.51 per month
