Electrical & Maintenance Technician

Electrical Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.

Mechanical Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, compressors, and production machinery.
• Perform alignment, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical components.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective repairs.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
