Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Location: Base Kitchen
Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head
Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of kitchen equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted base kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of bakery and kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, chillers, freezers, proofers, grinders, etc.).
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as electrical systems, plumbing, water supply, DG sets, HVAC, and compressors.
- Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and spare parts procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest cost-saving improvements.
- Ensure proper upkeep of the facility, including civil, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices while working in production areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 1–4 years of experience in maintenance within food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of bakery equipment maintenance is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,094.82 - ₹28,606.86 per month
