Electrical / Mechanical Draftsmen

We are seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Draftsmen to join our growing design team for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and proven experience in construction design documentation.

The candidate shall have sound knowledge in preparation of MEP Builders work, MEP Coordination, RCP and Detailed sectional layouts for the Projects Execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Electrical / Mechanical drawings for high-rise buildings
• Develop layouts, schematics, and shop drawings in compliance with DEWA & DM regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy
• Revise drawings based on authority comments and site requirements
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and local codes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Drafting
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
