Roles and Responsibility

Follow Maintenance Dept. SOP.

Handover from last shift

CLTI as per CLTI sheet of all production lines

Grade change as per grade change WI's.

6 "Packing area all equipments like: - Conveyor's, metal detector, Tapping m/c's, Weight balance, swing m/c & Printer.

Checking and repairing"

7 Attend machine's planned and unplanned down times.

8 Panel AC checking and filter cleaning

9 All packing area earthing condition check and repair

10 Record all work details in shift log book and handover to next shift

11. Plant electrical and mechanical maintenance .

Electrical basic wiring diagram, troubleshooting.

Knowledge of sensors, heaters, RTD.

Knowledge of APFC Panels.

Knowledge of 5S,KAIZEN.

Knowledge of VFD troubleshooting.

Knowledge of vision camera settings & Star Delta.

14 Nordson part's maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
