WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 15 years of experience -10 years of on field- in design and implementation within relevant sectors,
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial kitchen infrastructures, fire protection systems, domestic water systems , and electrical engineering materials/equipment,
• Familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC,
• Experience in quantity take-off, technical specification preparation, tender documentation, and progress payment control ,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and capability to interpret technical data,
• Experience in team leadership, coordination and coaching (preferred),
• Strong project management, reporting and process-tracking skills,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel ,
• Advanced level of English .

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Managing all electrical and mechanical design and implementation processes in accordance with the overall project schedule,
• Leading and coordinating the end-to-end management of hotel, restaurant and retail projects within electrical and mechanical scopes,
• Ensuring coordination between design offices, contractors, and other technical disciplines,
• Executing and controlling quantity take-off, technical specifications, tender documents, and progress payment processes,
• Managing material approval documents, shop drawing submissions, and all QA/QC documentation processes,
• Ensuring that subcontractor works at the construction site comply with quality standards, technical specifications, project timelines, and HSE regulations ,
• Identifying and ensuring availability of machinery and equipment required for daily production,
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation,
• Preparing regular reports on the progress of design and implementation stages,
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and value engineering processes,
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical and administrative documentation,
• Fulfilling duties assigned by senior management,
• Ensuring the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety rules across responsible teams.
