Electrical Planning and Spare Parts Preparation Engineer

Responsible for preparing maintenance plans in coordination with O&M contractors to plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Follow up on and supervise major shutdowns, overhauls, preventive maintenance (PMs), and refurbishment projects to ensure proper planning and scheduling.
Identify required plant spare parts based on criticality, consumption, and other operational needs.
Create and manage spare parts material descriptions, codes, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical specifications in SAP.
Collect and identify data and technical specifications for all plant equipment/machinery from site name plates and available documents.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university.

Skills

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Strong presentation and reporting abilities. -Self-motivated, with leadership and teamwork skills. -Accurate, reliable, independent, and confident in decision-making. -Strong technological proficiency, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet applications. -Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is an asset. -Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a cement plant planning or spare parts preparation department. Technical experience in heavy machinery maintenance. Experience in a multinational company is an asset.
