Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Procurement Executive to handle procurement activities for electrical materials, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products as per project and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the project/site team to understand material requirements.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow up for timely stock replenishment.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical procurement or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
