Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in prescribed formats.
- Organize and manage procurement-related data and documentation in designated folders and systems.
Logistics & Inventory Control
- Track material deliveries and follow up with transporters to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excessive accumulation.
Vendor Management
- Maintain and update a database of existing and new vendors.
- Support vendor coordination and communication activities.
Procurement Operations
- Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
Administrative Support
- Draft and process official letters related to vendors and procurement activities.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Work closely with Project, Accounts, and Stores teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Provide regular updates to concerned departments.
Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Participate in site visits as per company requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong letter drafting and documentation skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
