Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in prescribed formats.
  • Organize and manage procurement-related data and documentation in designated folders and systems.

Logistics & Inventory Control

  • Track material deliveries and follow up with transporters to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excessive accumulation.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain and update a database of existing and new vendors.
  • Support vendor coordination and communication activities.

Procurement Operations

  • Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.

Administrative Support

  • Draft and process official letters related to vendors and procurement activities.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Work closely with Project, Accounts, and Stores teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Provide regular updates to concerned departments.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Participate in site visits as per company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong letter drafting and documentation skills.
  • Good organizational and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
