Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support product development, identify market opportunities, model costs, build supplier relationships, and secure strategic supply agreements.
Partner with technical and marketing teams to understand complex sourcing requirements.
Influence organizational priorities, align teams, and deliver results in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert in the five-step strategic sourcing process, including RFPs, contracting, and Supplier Relationship Management.
Monitor industry trends to proactively address supply chain risks, ensure continuity, and seize opportunities.
Lead and oversee the strategic sourcing team, implementing consistent processes across categories and divisions.
Drive capability-building initiatives in category strategy, supplier relationship management, market intelligence, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with the Director of Procurement to develop and strengthen key supply chain partnerships.
Negotiate and maintain blanket agreements and preferred pricing contracts.
Leverage internal systems to track and analyze procurement metrics such as pricing, customer satisfaction, and order volumes.
Establish clear objectives, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
Coach and motivate team members, removing barriers to success and providing timely feedback.
Build trust and foster open communication with leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and manage recognition or disciplinary processes as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5–7 years in Procurement Operations and Strategic Sourcing management with relevant industry background
Travel: Required
