Electrical Project Engineer

Should have strong project management skills and able to manage on site team with proper plan.

Understands and read all design plans, specifications, and drawings for all mechanical (HVAC), electrical (power and lighting), and plumbing systems.

Implement quality control measures and perform regular inspections

Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.

Maintain all project records, including shop drawings, method statements, inspection reports, and "as-built" drawings after the project is completed.

Represent the MEP team in progress and coordination meetings with the Client to discuss project updates, technical issues, and solutions.

Coordinate with local authorities, such as the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), to ensure regulatory requirements are addressed and closed.

Conduct final testing and commissioning of all systems to ensure they are functioning as intended before the project is handed over to the client.

Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.

Should be aware of power distribution, including wiring, outlets, and panel boards, to accommodate the interior's layout and equipment.

Track the daily progress of MEP work, compare it against the project timeline, and report any potential delays to the project manager.

Should have experience in Fit-out industry and able to manage Entire site independently.

UAE driving license is mandatory.
