ELECTRICAL REVIT BIM MODELERS

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is urgently hiring experienced Electrical BIM Modelers for ongoing high-profile projects in Dubai. We are looking for candidates who are currently based in the UAE and can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Revit MEP
• Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and single-line diagrams
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, architectural, structural) to ensure clash-free models
• Conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks
• Follow project-specific BIM execution plans and standards
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client specifications

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of power, lighting, containment, and ELV systems
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
