Glorium Electric LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical products and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents for electrical products and projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain pricing, technical data, and delivery schedules
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client databases, and inventory updates
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery while addressing any delays or issues
• Support project coordination by liaising with engineering and logistics teams
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in electrical sales support or coordination
• Knowledge of electrical materials, components, and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the GCC electrical or construction industry
• Familiarity with tendering processes and project-based sales
• Technical understanding of low-voltage and medium-voltage products
