Job Summary: Knowledge in trouble-shooting new and old electrical equipment. Performs maintenance and service repairs. Our Electricians complete in-home service calls. You will use your communication skills and be able to educate and assist customers in choosing the right products, services, and financing plans. Has basic knowledge of the field’s commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. This position is safety sensitive. Reports to the Electrical Service Manager.

Job Duties:

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish a great rapport with the customer
• Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with electrical equipment
• Perform sales of service agreements, electrical parts, panels and whole home rewires
• Perform warranty service repair
• Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
• On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
• Follow all standard operating procedures

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years Electrical experience
• Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
• Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Works with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
• Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work extended hours, nights, and weekend hours
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Able to work in a safety sensitive position
