Job Description – Electrical Supervisor (Residential Project)

Position: Electrical Supervisor
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Project Type: Residential Building Project
Location: Savroli
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
No. of Positions: As per requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day electrical works at residential project sites.
• Ensure execution of electrical works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and site engineers.
• Monitor work quality, safety practices, and timelines.
• Ensure proper installation of conduits, wiring, panels, DBs, switchgear, lighting fixtures, earthing, etc.
• Maintain daily site reports and update progress to seniors.
• Identify material requirements and coordinate with the store/procurement team.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and snag rectification activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and site rules.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and layouts.
• Ability to handle site manpower and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow in residential project execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical
• BE Electrical (Freshers with site exposure may also apply)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in residential or high-rise building projects.
• Immediate or short notice period preferred.
• Local candidates from nearby locations will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
