InPwr, Inc. is seeking experienced electrical field leaders at the Experienced Forman, General Forman or Site Superintendent level to support projects throughout Southern Indiana

Travel & Location:
- Must be Indiana‑based
- Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Southern Indiana
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute between regional project locations
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Project Execution:
- Lead and direct jobsite personnel including Experienced Foremen, Journeymen, Electricians, and Apprentices
- Perform and oversee commercial electrical installations including conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems
- Execute work per contract documents, design drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements
- Perform hands‑on electrical work as required based on project demands
Planning, Reporting & Coordination:
- Complete daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and progress updates
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks and reinforce jobsite safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including as‑built drawings and QA/QC records
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, General Superintendents, GCs, inspectors, and clients
People Leadership & Site Management:
- Train, mentor, and guide field personnel in proper procedures and techniques
- Evaluate personnel performance and support ongoing development and advancement
- Enforce INPWR policies, procedures, and safety programs
- Manage labor tracking and workforce planning
- Higher‑level roles may oversee fleet vehicle coordination, tool mobilization, and site logis
Additional Duties:
- Perform QA/QC site walkthroughs to ensure installation quality
- Support jobsite mobilization, demobilization, and inter‑project tool transfers
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience & Certifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician on commercial projects
- Prior leadership experience as an Experienced Foreman, General Foreman, or Site Superintendent
- Master Electrician license preferred, but not required
- Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
- Completion of required safety and equipment training
Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficient with standard electrical hand and power tools
- Ability to safely operate lifts, trenchers, backhoes, and company vehicles
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
- Team‑oriented with a “lead by example” mindset
- Ability to train and develop field personnel
Working/ Environment/ Physical Demands Job Requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year (heat, cold, rain, and snow). Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns). Job requires employees to have personal tools with them at all times (waist tool belt as worn- weighs approximately 30 lbs.). Work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14’, “A” frame ladders and all sizes of extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12’ step ladder by oneself.)
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
- Lift 51 pounds.
- Constantly moving your feet.
- Climb ladders (all types).
- Completing overhead work for full-day assignments.
- Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of building even if the only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
- Possess good vision (normal or corrected).
- Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete their assigned tasks.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
