We Are Hiring: Electrical Site Supervisor – Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all electrical site activities related to fit-out projects.

· Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.

· Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Monitor installation of lighting, power, ELV, containment, and fire alarm systems.

· Follow up on material delivery, inspections, testing, and site requirements.

· Coordinate with relevant authorities such as TAQA, ADDC, and Civil Defense for inspections and approvals.

· Ensure compliance with HSE standards, authority regulations, and quality procedures.

· Report site progress, manpower status, and daily work activities to the Project Manager/Electrical Engineer.

· Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues effectively.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems.

· Ability to read and understand electrical shop drawings and coordination drawings.

· Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval procedures, including TAQA requirements.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
