Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir, İstanbul for an Electrical Specialist. The Electrical Specialist will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities include creating electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, troubleshooting power generation systems, and maintaining critical electrical equipment. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Electrical and Automation Systems, including control panels, sensors, and industrial equipment

• Skilled in fault detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex electrical systems

• Proficient in reading and creating electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and wiring schematics

• Capable of designing or updating electrical projects using CAD or similar software

• Knowledgeable in automation hardware such as PLCs, and HMIs

• Familiar with pneumatic systems and their integration with electrical controls

• Solid understanding of cable sizing, grounding, and circuit protection principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented mindset

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility

• Willing to learn, improve, and conduct technical research to enhance system performance
