Job Description

Statewide Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee multifamily high-rise construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County. This position is ideal for a highly organized field leader with extensive experience managing electrical installations in large-scale high-rise developments.

The Electrical Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule, maintain quality standards, and meet critical path milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical field operations for multifamily high-rise projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Foremen to maintain project schedules and critical path timelines
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and workflow across multiple job sites
• Ensure installations comply with NEC codes, local regulations, and project specifications
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
• Conduct job site inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities
• Attend project meetings with contractors, engineers, and ownership teams
• Promote and enforce job site safety standards and company policies
• Assist in planning and sequencing work to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience supervising electrical work on multifamily high-rise construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and critical path scheduling
• Proven leadership experience managing Foremen and field crews
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Knowledge of NEC and Miami-Dade construction requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license required
