Electrical Supervisor (04 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
• Ensure electrical installation, repair, and maintenance works are completed according to project standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Review project drawings, layouts, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Manage manpower allocation, material consumption, and work schedules.
• Monitor site productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for site management/engineers.
• Coordinate with other departments (Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety) to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction, facility management, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, LV panels, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Manual Driving License is an advantage (linked to salary increase).

Salary & Benefits:

• QAR 3,500 per month + Company Accommodation + Transport + Other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law.
• Candidates holding a valid Qatar Manual Driving License will receive an additional allowance of QAR 500 per month.
