Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and motivated Electrical Supervisor (Control System) to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the electrical systems of our pharmaceutical production facility. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of control panels, and electrical distribution to support continuous manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute maintenance activities of electrical and control systems.
• Troubleshoot control panels, relays and contactors.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintain updated documentation for electrical circuits, layouts, and control wiring.
• Coordinate with mechanical, HVAC, and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Train and guide junior technicians on control system operations and safety.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong command of control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and wiring diagrams and modify the electrical layouts.
• Familiarity with industrial control wiring and MCC panels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and GMP standards in pharmaceutical environments.
• Capability to handle emergency maintenance and ensure minimum downtime.

Education & Experience:
DAE (Electronics) /BSc Engineering with expereince in PLC and automation
, 3-5 Years of Experience
