Electrical Supervisor – Oil & Gas (Qatar)

Job Summary

Location: Qatar

Responsible for supervising electrical installation, testing, and site activities for refinery and oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily electrical works including cable laying, terminations, lighting, earthing, and panel installations

Coordinate with engineers and technicians for smooth execution of site activities

Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, standards, and QA/QC requirements

Raise and manage PTW/ECWP permits for electrical tasks

Monitor work progress and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion

Support inspections and resolve site issues with the engineering team

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of electrical supervision experience, preferably in Oil & Gas

Strong experience in LV/MV electrical installations and commissioning

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and standards

Good communication and leadership skills

Immediate joiners preferred
