Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven site supervision experience, and the ability to manage electrical installation works as per project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all electrical works at the project site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trade supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor installation of electrical systems including wiring, panels, conduits, lighting, and power systems as per drawings and standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily reports, work progress updates, and manpower allocation.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on site and provide effective solutions.
• Assist in material planning, requisition, and inspections with consultants.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical supervision within an MEP or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, load calculations, and installation procedures.
• Ability to lead teams and manage daily site activities.
• UAE experience preferred (optional to include).
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
